I am a certified labor/ birth doula, who has supported 10 families in welcoming new life on earth side. I will help educate & prepare the birthing person mentally & emotionally with compassionate care. Throughout pregnancy I foster communication & a safe nurturing space that allows the birthing person to be supported & cared for with assurance to be self- sufficient & confident in advocating for self. I will hold a safe & sacred space of love & nonjudgmental in all birthing places empowering the birthing person to make the best decisions & advocate for you throughout the entire birthing process. During the birthing process I provide techniques for comfort measures, introduce calmness, excitement & encouragement in the birthing space. I work with the partner by assisting & reassuring him or her in the birthing process.
